It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tad T. Nakagawa (Mountain View, California), who passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Toshio Nakagawa and Kuni Nakagawa; his wife Bernice; his son Paul; and his son-in-law Gary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie and Christine. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain View Buddhist Temple (575 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043).
