He was predeceased by: his son Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Maria Alba; and his children, Gilbert, Armando Jr., Teresa, Michael and Alex. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans-Brown Mortuary - Sun City (27010 Encanto Dr, Sun City, CA 92585). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church (27931 Murrieta Rd, Sun City, CA 92586).
His contributions to the field were not only professional but also personal, as he took great pride in sharing his fascination with aircraft with his family, often taking his children to airfields and instilling in them a sense of wonder and respect for the marvels of aviation.
