She is survived by : her husband Gordon Petersen of Murrieta, CA.; her children, Heather Irene Petersen of Murrieta, CA, Elizabeth Anne Petersen of French Valley, CA and William Carl Petersen of Anza, CA.; her grandson Sloan Gordon Petersen of French Valley, CA.; and her sisters, Maureen Slottje of Vista, CA, Joy Mitchell of Tustin, CA and Mary Hammond of Houston, TX.. She is also survived by three cousins, eight nieces, and one nephew.
