With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Joan Ernst of Murrieta, California, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on March 24, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence McCracken and Elizabeth McCracken; her husband Stanley Joseph Ernst; and her brother Gerald McCracken. She is survived by : her children, Jerry Ernst (Judy) of Murrieta, David Ernst (Karen) of Yorba Linda and Nancy Ernst Cuccaro (Dominic Cuccaro) of Haymarket, Virginia; her grandchildren, Wendy Ernst, Aaron Ernst, Matthew Ernst (Jessica), Jessica Ernst Kaer (Chris), Nicholas Cuccaro and Maximillian Cuccaro; and her great grandchildren, Adaline Kaer and Lucy Elizabeth Kaer.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller-Jones Menifee Memorial Park and Mortuary (26770 Murrieta Rd, Menifee, CA 92585). A committal service will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
