He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Smilden and Julie Ohrt; his grandchildren, Crystal, Cody, Ashley and Amber; his great grandchild Olivia; and his sisters, Jeannette and Beverly.
