It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Stanley Mitchell of Napa, California, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Fitch and Dorothy Fitch; her husband Donald R. Mitchell; and her siblings, Jim Fitch, Vivian King and Rochelle Goetz.

She is survived by : her sons, Jeff Mitchell (Sherri) and Jason Mitchell (Heidi); her grandchildren, Jessica Breit (Adam), Meghan Paananen (Troy), Miranda Randolph (Andrew), Hunter Mitchell and Drake Holman (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Kaden, Tyler Breit, Otto and Konrad Paananen; and her siblings, Rodney Fitch (Jacquie), Laura Ogletree (Bill), Randi Fisher, Mike (Sharon Mitchell), Steve Goetz, Dave (Donna Haley) and Tish Fitch.
