He is survived by: his wife Mickey; his daughters, Michelle Phillips (Matt) and Kimberly Thorpe (Wade); his granddaughters, Natalie and Abigail Thorpe; and his sisters, Patty Sullivan, Kathi Nielsen (Don) and Vikki Smith (Jerry). He is also survived by four nieces and eight nephews.
