He is survived by: his son Patrick Duffy Conneely (Heather); his brothers, Dudley Conneely (Mary) and Tom Conneely (Bernie); his siblings' children, Maria Luz Hendry (James), Shane, Heather (Jose Barria), Danica (Mike Guerrero), Tamara (Boima Tucker), Natalie, Casey, John (Maria), Matt (Jodi), Brian (Berbel), Todd Conneely (Sara), Lisa Mertens (Mike), Joseph Sebastiani, Moira Sebastiani Kelly, Jennifer Conneely (David Theno), Fiona Conneely and Rowan Theno; his cousins, Patti, Ron, Eric, Dan, Tyler, John Joe Conneely, Maureen Macmyler, Reitlan and Yvonne Flaherty; his close friends, Becky and Heidi; and his friends, Tom McGuire, Tom Brady, Steve Dells, Pat Cloherty and Bill Isetta.
