He is survived by: his children, Steven Filley (Krista) and Emily Belew (June); his grandchildren, Jacob, Grace, Julian and Nora Filley; his siblings, Bruce Filley (Phyllis) and Patricia Massingill (Kenny); and his siblings' children, Elizabeth Massingill (Marcela), Gina Belt (Michael), Abigail, Zachary and Austin Filley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sugar Creek Christian Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Sugar Creek Cemetery (8000 MO-116, Rushville, MO 64484).
