He was predeceased by: his son Alan Foss. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Foss; his children, Wendy Thomas, Christine Peterson and Raymond Foss (Julia); his grandchildren, Viola Foss, Nicolas McBride, Schondra Wyman, Sonja Wyman, Cameron Foss and Mathan Foss; Chris Marshall.
He lived by the values of the brotherhood—integrity, loyalty, and charity and to him, one of the greatest accomplishments of his lifetime.
