He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Nelson Muirhead and Maxine Rust Muirhead; his wife Mercedes; his son Anthony; and his siblings, Stan Muirhead, Martha and Rowena Muirhead.
He is survived by : his children, E. Rust Muirhead, Jr. (Mary Susan) of Wilton, CT, Elisabeth (Lisa) and Price (Tom) of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Caroline Matuszak (Kevin), Julia, Sam Muirhead, Sarah and Nina Price. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
