He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Ruth Chivers Watkins and David C. Watkins; and his siblings, David Watkins and Meralee "Sis" Rocha. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, David (Tara), Chris (Sarah) and Jessica (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Lulu, Mason, Wyatt, Sophia and Graham.
