He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arthur Porter Sr. and Fannie Elizabeth Porter (Jackson); his former wife Darlene Porter; his siblings, Phillip Porter, Raymond Porter, Albert Porter, Robert Porter, LaVerne Owens, Jeanette Ceasar and Alice Hitchye; and his cousin Delores Jackson.
He is survived by: his brother Michael Porter; his niece Sherita Shumate of Oklahoma City, OK; his brother Dennis Porter; his nephew Rashan Ross of Oklahoma City, OK; his sister Maria Rowland; his niece Marquita Rowland of Muskogee, OK; his sister Phyllis Porter; his niece Phylisia Porter of Muskogee, OK; and his cousin Lonnie Porter of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
