He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Partida; and his sons, Jesse Partida and Peter Partida. He is survived by: his children, Maria Gonzalez (Javier), Alice DeLuna (Maximiliano), Carmen Outlaw, Lupe Partida, Rosa Contreras (Jorge), Graciela Partida and Ruben Partida. He is also survived by his seven children as well as his 17 grandchildren and 16 great- grandchildren.
