He is survived by: his wife Becky Givens; his children, Iola Givens, Sarah and Nick McMaster; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Sally Buckley; his siblings, Clif Givens, Chuck Givens, Cathy Wilkes, Tom Givens, Carol Averil and Chad Buckley; and his sister-in-law Stacy McGill.
