He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Lewis and Henry Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Kim Bullard (Ken) of Colorado, Julie Roe of Utah, Jeff Lewis of Alameda and Jen (Bill) of New Hampshire. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
