It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sybil Ann Yates of Napa, California, born in Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Potgeter and Sybil Potgeter; her friend Steve Yates; her daughters-in-law, Brandy and Robin; and her siblings, John and Susan. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Providence Hospice.
