He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Gutierrez; his daughter Priscilla Swift (Dylan); his grandchildren, Sammy, Vicky, Alex, Becca and Andy; his great grandchildren, Landyn and Dylan; his siblings, Jerry Gutierrez and Stella Armas; his parents, Adam and Lydia Gutierrez; and his sisters, Carmen and Connie.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nevada City Chapel of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary (459 Hollow Way, Nevada City, CA 95959).
