As Bob departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bob may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bob leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Salyer and Virginia Salyer (Cole); and his brother Kerry Joel Salyer. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brittany, Stephen, Stephanie, Shelby, Amanda and Nicholas; his wife Georgiana Cook; and his daughter Tracey Thole (Gerald). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the U.S. National Forest Service and to Bristol Hospice.
