He was predeceased by : his parents, Ann Frazer and Richard Frazer; and his brother Mike. He is survived by : his wife Teri Hastings; his sons, Douglas Alen, Kenith Glenn, Ryan Kelly Hale, Aaron Jacob Hale (Darlene Hale) and Ken; and his siblings, Debbie, Kim, Randy, Richard and Eric. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous extended family, and countless friends.
