He was predeceased by : his parents, Carolyn Daniels and Warren A. Daniels II; his half-sister Bobbie Jo Kahakauwila; and his stepmother JoAnn Daniels. He is survived by : his wife Karen Mills; his stepsons, Nathan Mills (Christine) and Nolan Mills (Autumn Prophet); his granddaughters, Macy Mills and Nicole Mills; his mother-in-law Darlene Harris; his half-sisters, Suzanne Thierry, Wendy Vierstra (Don), Ginny Wautlet (Louie) and Dani Junkes (Ken); and his stepdaughter Sarah Olson. He is also survived by six nieces and one nephew.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the California Consortium of Addiction Program and Professionals.
