He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Keener and Mildred Keener (Black); his spouse Shirley A. Brown; and his son James A. Keener. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory W. Keener (Julie) of Fresno, CA and Douglas H. Keener (Kim) of Turbotville; and his brother Lester S. Keener (Cora) of Watsontown. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren.
