He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward H. Smith and Juanita M. Smith; and his wife Ailene. He is survived by : his siblings, David W. Smith (Julie) and Robynn Hayek (John); and his children, Damon H. Smith (Laine), Leonard D. Johnson Jr. (Val), Trina Morton and Robin Gunzenhauser (Steve). He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
