He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his children, Tami (Steve), Gina (Phil), John (Donelle), Jason (Shawna), Jolene, Seth (Bobbi Jo), Travis (Nancy), Shane (Kim) and Becky (Jason). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in George's honor be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Turning Point USA.
