He is survived by: his children, Alan Smith (Kathleen) of Michigan and Brenda Smith (Michael) of California; his grandchildren, Weston of Michigan, Aubrey of Michigan, Kiersten Smith of Michigan and Canaan Smith of California; and his great grandchild Ryder Smith of Michigan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
