He is survived by: his mother Cindy R. Duffy; his stepfather Michael J. Duffy; his brother Kristopher Daems; his stepsiblings, Michael Duffy, Scott Duffy and Tara Hinds; his grandmother Judy Sande; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Sande, Art Boyd, Laura Moraco and Maria Oliver.
