He is survived by: his wife Regina Holt; and his children, Laura Meyer (Dick), Jacqueline Mosley, Keith Holt (Ruth), Shauna Kalua'u-Hunting (Ray), Kimberlie Mansfield (Scott), Jessica Madigan (Vance), Daniel Lindsey and Priscilla Lindsey. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
