We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 59, Manuel Ortiz (Norwalk, California), born in Artesia, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Manuel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Manuel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughter Priscilla; his siblings, Hector and Alicia; and his siblings' children, Sergio "Ergie", David, Bobby and Missy.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Memories (12626 Woods Ave, Norwalk, CA 90650). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Norwalk American Legion Post 359 (11986 Front St, Norwalk, CA 90650).
