She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Benjamin Smith and Isobel Florence Tamer Smith (Jackson); and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Alexander. She is survived by: her husband David; her stepchildren, Catherine Mishoe (David), Heather (Paul) and David Alexander (Tasha); her grandchildren, Ryan Mishoe, Connor Mishoe, Emily Alexander, Olivia Alexander, Jackson Alexander and Dylan Weingartner; her brother Benjamin Smith (Roxie); her niece Heather Langille (Corey); and her nephews, Robert Smith (Amy Callahan), Kentfield and Kevin Smith (Heather).
Memorial donations may be made to St. John's Anglican Church Heritage Foundation, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
