He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Daniel of Novato and Justine of London; his sister Malvine Levy of Katzir, Israel.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Bornstein of Dallas and Helena Bornstein of Oceanside, California; and his stepgranddaughter Carolyn Mock of San Francisco.
