He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lightner and Eleanor Lightner; his half-brother David; and his brother Kurt. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Matthew (Deja), Christopher (Ariana), Michael (Kelly), Kimberly (Trevor) and Kristin (Nick); his brothers, Gary (Maria) and Mark (Deena); and his grandchildren, Jonae, Sofia, Maya, Noelle, Lauren, Drake, Nash, Monroe, Kingsley and Townes.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Petaluma Woman's Club (518 B St, Petaluma, CA 94952).
