He was predeceased by: his parents, Fausto B. Moncada and Pilar C. Moncada. He is survived by: his wife C. C.; his sons, Andrew and Shaun of Oakland, CA; and his siblings, Tottie (Beverly) of Solano County, CA, Mike (Sandy) of Avon Lake, OH, Maria (Jim) of Noblesville, IN and John of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
During COVID, he became an avid road cyclist and enjoyed wine country century rides with his family.
