He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boyle and Carol Boyle; and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his wife Kathy Boyle; his sons, Jamie, Scotty, Kenan and Kevin; and his sister Susan Hoff. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
