He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffery Bennett. He is survived by: his parents, Collene Bennett and Thomas Bennett; his wife Kelley Green; his children, Brittney (Steven), Joseph (Jason) and Logan (Acey); and his siblings, Mark (Katie) and Amy (Derick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
