She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Windsor and Violet Windsor. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Christopher (Eva) and Heather O'Boyle (Tony); her grandchildren, Saoirse, Aoife, Ciaran, Oisin O'Boyle, Violet and Frazier Goodroe; and her sister Carole. She is also survived by several nieces, and great nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Oakland (2619 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Food Ministry of the First Presbyterian Church of which Barbara was a proud participant for many years.
