She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend James Remley and Jo Ann Remley. She is survived by: her husband Robert Sincell, Jr. (Ben); her children, Daniel (Shanna), Angie (Aaron Shotwell) and Miriam (Robert Burton, Jr); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Serena, Eme and Nora. She is also survived by her siblings; and many nieces and nephews.

A service will be arranged at Bethel United Methodist Church in the future; in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to The Dove Center (mail to 882 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD 21550) or to the Southern Garrett High School Alumni Association (Memo: Beverly Sincell Scholarship, mail to 345 Oakland Drive, Oakland, MD 21550).
