It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daisy Matthews of Oakland, California, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cromwell and Elsie Reall (Deal); her husband Wilbert Eugene "Gene" Matthews; her brothers, Henry, George, Paul Reall and Donnie Deal; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Reall, Sue Reall and Catherine Reall.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heidi Hauser Qualls (John) of Oakland, Bryan Thomas Hauser (Stacy) of Oakland and Harold Thomas "Tom" Hauser; her granddaughter-in-law Alice of Oakland; her great grandchildren, Morgan Qualls, Mason Qualls, Faith Hauser and Braelynn Hauser; her siblings, Susan Gatto of Ohio, Carl Reall of Terra Alta, WV and Charles Reall of Gormania, WV; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Reall and Pam Deal. She is also survived by uncle, Parley Deal, and several aunts; and numerous nieces and nephews.
