He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Joy Gelfand and Golda Levinson Gelfand (Gigi). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Daniell; his son-in-law John Stewart; his grandchildren, Brydie Estes Stewart and Mackenzie Estes Stewart; his brothers, Peter Gelfand and Sidney Gelfand; and his former wife Carroll Lynn Estes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
