Brownewell of Oakland, California, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jennie Cecil and Lawrence Cecil; her sisters, Margaret and Patricia Welch of Fayetteville, AR; her daughters, Ann Payne (John) of Austin, TX, Margaret Baker of Kingwood, TX, Karen Schmick (Ronald) of Morris, IL and Barbara Petzold (Glenn) of Reno, NV; her adoptive father Joseph (Patsy Frannea); her grandchildren, Litchfield, Elisa Spradling, Marty Frannea, Jak Payne, Christopher Schmick, Jennifer Schmick, Joshua VanMeter and Anthony Kerlick; her great grandchildren, Henry, Callie, Ben, Sam, Spencer, Addison, Parker, Luna, Issac, Oliver, Rufus, Locksley and Aspen; and her great great grandchild Koa. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
