She was predeceased by: her parents, Henretta Britton and Jeff Sr. Britton; and her siblings, Allen, Betty and Remonda Britton (Frank Sharer).

She is survived by: her husband Frank Sharer; her siblings, Joseph, Jeff Britton Jr. (Veronica) and Colette Jack (Lawrence); her siblings' children, Jackie Scott, Nicole, Latrice Britton, Lauren Pitcher (Will) and Jeremy Jack; and her friend James Thomas. She is also survived by grand nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and numerous other relatives.
