She is survived by: her pet Zoe; her mother Evie Kok; and her siblings, Lucy Agus and Aldolf Agus.
She was Grant recipient from Belle Foundation Award for Cultural Development, San Jose, CA, She was Rare Artist Award recipient from Everylife Foundation, Washington DC, She was De Young Museum Flower Committee installation artist.
