It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Bay formerly of Oakland, California, born in Junction, Utah, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira Milton Bay and Josie Marguerite Barnson; his children, Jerry (Julia Bay), Art (Robin Burnah), Jamie (Carol Bay), Mark (Jill Bay), Doug (Jennifer Bay), David (Jennifer Bay), Ernie (Lisa Blodgett) and Kyle (Lucinda Backman); and his sister Drusilla. He was also cherished by 34 grandchildren and their spouses, 83 great-grandchildren, and one great- great-grandchild.
