He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Umstot and Mary Grace Umstot (Shirer). He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Umstot (Martin); his daughters, Tracy Stoudt (Joe), Ann Umstot and Susan Umstot (Tim); his grandchildren, Katharine, Riley, Maggie, Evan, Lauren, Aziz and Akinai; his great grandchildren, Scout, Oakley and Ellis; and his siblings, Edward Umstot (Jeanie) and Christine Mosier (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, expressions of sympathy may be directed to Hospice of Garrett County or St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Oakland, MD.
