She is survived by: her husband Kevin Blum; her daughter Stasha Soto (Kevin) of Statesville, NC; and her siblings, Arthur Hanlin (Dora) of Oakland, Jerry Hanlin (Chris) of Navarre and Janet Roderick (Paul) of Swanton.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes (21 N 2nd St Ext, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
