MacDonald of San Francisco, CA., Harry E. of San Francisco, CA. and Frances Milroy Lee of San Francisco, CA.; his father Norman MacDonald of Merriam, KS; his brothers, Pete MacDonald of Seattle, WA and Paul MacDonald of Vivian, LA.; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Turner, Joe MacDonald, Ruby Aguilar, Leah Smith, Louis MacDonald and Andrew MacDonald; and his in-laws, Thomas, Cathy, Susan and Mary Ann.
