She is survived by: her daughter Gail Moody-Byrd; her grandson Brandon Byrd of Oakland, CA; her brothers, Alphonso, Joseph Paul of Youngstown and Raymond of Gulf Shores, AL; and her close friend Mary Lois Gross.
