He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Scoggins and Jessie Mae Scoggins; his siblings, Ruby Collins and George Scoggins; and his son Franchi Scoggins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Scoggins of Dacono, CO, John Scoggins (Gwen) of Phoenix, AZ, Jesse Scoggins (Dorothy) of Merced, Clint Scoggins (Betty) of Merced, Allen, Silas Scoggins of Merced and Rose Storey of Merced; and his uncle Larry Richards (Dorothy) of Sacramento. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
