He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Alvin and Helen Evelyn Allen Hill; and his siblings, Marion Alvin Hill, Evelyn Fields Herring, Joyce Brown and Margie Jeanette Flowers.

He is survived by: his children, Ronald Allan Hill, Jr. of Honea Path, Jeffrey Aaron Hill of Belton, Tammy Rena Bradberry of Abbeville and April Dawn King of Williamston; his sister Shirley Surrett of Abbeville; and his caregivers, Rhonda Gibson of Greenwood and Teresa Gilmer of Honea Path. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special nieces.
