She is survived by: her sons, Dale Smith (Carolyn Pritt) and Jimmy Smith (Edie); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Zack Smith, Ashley Reckart, Jimmy B. Smith III, Angela Setler and Patrick Smith; her great grandchildren, Jermaine, KinLeigh, Madison, Creedence, Lily, Kinsley, Ryder and Laiken; and her sisters, Ruth Keith, Linda Lycliter of Parsons, Jenny Moats of Terra Alta and Mary Moats of Aurora. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
