He was predeceased by: his parents, Moc Diep and Kheo Thi Nguyen. He is survived by: his wife Hoa Thi Nguyen; and his children, Tan Loi Diep, Maple Diep, Sally Diep and Jenny Diep. He is also survived by four stepchildren; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Julian Morgan Chapel (4499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611).
